Boycott Kashmir tourism for 2 years, Shiv Sena tells people, tour companies

Shiv Sena MLC and spokesperson Manisha Kayande appealed to all the “Indians and tour companies to boycott Kashmir tourism for two years”, Times of India reported on Saturday.

In a video message, Kayande termed Pulwama militant attack as one of the deadliest terror attacks on the Indian soil and said that the entire country is angry and agitated and wants to teach a lesson to Pakistan.

   

She further said Kashmir is one of the most liked tourism spots by the Indians and foreigners and added that tourism is the mainstay of the Kashmiri economy due to which lots of money flow into the valley.

“I think that their economy will be stopped the money that is going from all over the Indians and the world to Kashmir will stop flowing and by that, the activities of the separatists and the militants which are indirectly somewhere supported by the locals will be stopped,” she said, as was quoted by the newspaper.

Meanwhile, Shiv Sena supremo Uddhav Thackeray on Saturday said that its time for India to penetrate into Pakistan directly as a punishment for backing militants responsible for carrying out the ghastly attack. Calling the attack a failure of the intelligence agencies he also demanded the removal of irresponsible officials,

A protest was also called by Shiv Sena at Kranti Chowk in Maharashtra to condemn the attack and workers also burned the flag of Pakistan.
