Business School students spend day at BIPL

Srinagar, Nov 2: As part of industrial visits, a group of 40 students perusing MBA in The Business School, Kashmir University, today visited Banday Impex Pvt Ltd.
 The visit was aimed to get familiar about the manufacturing and production process of the company besides witnessing its functioning pattern.
 BIPL management informed the students that the company was building long term relationships based on performance, value, and client satisfaction. “BIPL continues to meet the changing needs and aspirations of clients with the best quality, sincere commitment and dedication,” top officials of the company said.
 “Our pledge is to establish lasting relationships with our customers by exceeding their expectations and gaining their trust through its exceptional performance,” they said, adding that BIPL’s was committed to maintain high standards in all its diversification endeavours.
 The students were also given information about the company’s CSR activities.
 “Our CSR component has moved from the profit-centred model to the socially responsible model, wherein we exercise responsibility and accountability for the economic, social and environmental impact of our business decisions and behaviours,” the officials said.
 “All endeavours are made towards increased sensitivity to and awareness of environmental and ethical subjects. Issues such as environmental damage, improper treatment of workers, and faulty production leading to customer inconvenience or danger are being attended on priority,”
 The students were acquainted about the whole Flow Process of the Spices along with the machinery used. The visiting students appreciated that BIPL has become a household name because of its “excellent quality products and at the same time catering to the common man at prices affordable by him.”
 They were informed that the product range of the company was wide and “backed up by quality products that no household can afford to miss.”
 The visiting students thanked the BIPL management for increasing their know-how and made valuable remarks about the growth, vision and quality standards of BIPL.
