RK Chhibber, Interim Chairman J&K Bank, met Governor Satya Pal Malik at the Raj Bhavan here on Monday.
Governor and Chhibber discussed several important issuespertaining to the efficient functioning of the bank, a government spokespersonsaid.
Governor urged Chhibber to ensure close monitoring of thefiscal health of the bank and stressed the high importance of maintainingdiscipline amongst its functionaries to nurture transparency andaccountability.
