Customers of J&K Bank Gund branch complain shortage of staff

According to the bank customers the situation has turned worrisome due to staff crunch at bank branch as a person has to wait at least three hours in the queue for depositing their money or some other banking transaction.

J&K Bank customers in district Ganderbal have rued the shortage of staff at Gund branch of Kangan saying it is causing inconvenience to the people.

"Huge rush of visitors makes the task of the employees of the bank more tougher as the bank customers from Gagangeer, Rezan, Kullan, Rayil, Haknar, Fraw, Sumbal, Surfraw and many other localaties are  catered by this only bank branch available  in the area,” said a customer. 

When contacted,   cluster head J&K Bank Ganderbal Farhat Abbas said that he is aware about the shortage of staff at the branch and same will be addressed soon.
