Establishment of KVIB clusters under SFURTI reviewed

J&K Khadi and Village Industries Board (KVIB) Friday held a meeting to review the establishment of clusters under Scheme of Fund for Regeneration of Traditional Industries (SFURTI) in Jammu division.

The meeting, according to an official spokesperson, waschaired by vice chairperson KVIB Hina Shafi Bhat and attended by attended byDeputy Chief Executive officer J&K KVIB, Tilak Raj Sharma, DistrictOfficers of Jammu Division, representatives of Implementing and Technical agenciesbesides other senior officers of concerned departments.

   

The Vice Chairperson informed that four clusters includingMasterjee Bee-Keeping in Samba, Kailashkund Sudh Mahadev Bee-Keeping in Dodaand Banihal Bee-Keeping in Ramban have been approved by the Ministry of Micro,Small & Medium Enterprises (MSEME) out of six proposed clusters by J&KKVIB from Jammu division involving an amount of Rs. 653.08 lakh.
