Deputy Commissioner Bandipora Shahbaz Mirza Tuesday today handed over two auto-rickshaws to fishermen under Blue Revolution Scheme.
Under the scheme, the government provides two-wheelers and auto trolleys to fishermen at subsidized prices enabling them to transport their catch to the nearest markets.
He also handed-over an equipment kit to a private trout unit owner and interacted with the farmers urging them to increase their production by taking help of various government schemes.
