Gulmarg will be hosting a national-level conclave this month-end which will have participation of 28 corporates.
The forthcoming “1st PHD States Conclave 2018” is being hosted by Kashmir chapter of pan-India industry body, PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry on April 28,29.
Heads of state chapters of PHDCCI from 16 states across India will attend this conclave.
“The delegates will arrive at Gulmarg on April 27 and the conclave will take place on next two days. We will have the business heads here till April 30 brainstorming about various issues and strategies.
Chairman of Kashmir chapter of PHDCCI Mushtaq Chaya said the first PHD States Conclave at Gulmarg will help to dispel the negativity about Kashmir and send out a positive message.
“We are hopeful that the Gulmarg conclave will have many takeaways for the Valley. We recently signed an MoU with PHD Chapter of Rajasthan to work jointly for self-sustained development of industry and to coordinate the policy advocacy and business promotion activities particularly on tourism, education, skill development, women and child development, forest, ecology, environment, handicraft and handloom sector,” Chaya said.
