To tickle the taste buds, Hotel RK Sarovar Portico conducted a two-day baking workshop for female folk in order to train them to prepare delicious cakes, pastries at home.
The two-day workshop which began on Sunday saw 40participants participating in it. Theparticipants were selected on first cum first serve basis.
Chef Deepak Kumar gave first demonstration and thenpractical experience of bakery and confectionary making to participants
“Participants were given demonstration about the preparationof dry cakes, fresh cakes, pastries etc. Recipes include fresh, natural,chemical-free options and the effort is to create a range of options with aspecial twist,” he said.
Manager sales and Marketing Marifan Gul said that theworkshop is all set to meet the festive fervour with some flavoursome andhealthy baked treats.
Baking head chef of RK Sarovar Portico, Javid Ahmad Dar alsogave a demonstration to the participations.
The participants thanked the hotel management and urged themto continue organising such workshops in future too.
