Hoteliers Club seeks 1-hour morning relaxation during Ramadan

J&K Hoteliers Club has sought one hour morning relaxation in lockdown during Ramadan.

In a statement, J&K Hoteliers Club said its delegationled by Secretary General Tariq Rashid Ghani met Divisional Commissioner, DeputyDevelopment Commissioner, Assistant Development Commissioner.

   

“We requested the administration to allow one hourrelaxation early in the morning for the purchase of essential food items. Wealso suggested that mutton, chicken and milk retailers, vegetable and fruitvendors should be allowed to open shops during this one hour relaxation so thatpeople can make quick purchases and lockdown should be continued during the daytime till the virus disappears,” it said.

J&K Hoteliers Club requested the administration thatspecial arrangements should be made to ferry the Kashmiris stranded outsideJ&K in the lockdown.
