Implement ‘National Educational Policy’ in J&K: PHD Chamber

The education committee of PHD Chamber Of Commerce and Industry – Kashmir chapter Wednesday held a meeting of concerned people of the private education sector of Kashmir.

According to a statement of the chamber, the members of the committee various issues pertaining to the sector where discussed thread bare in the meeting. 

   

The committee decided to take up a number of issues with the state government, which include implementation of ‘National Educational Policy’ in the state, school bus fee and fee structure revision, relaxation of the norms for declaring education in non-profit or profit sector, simplification of registration and renewal process by introducing online system and fixation of separate norms for aided and un-aided schools.

President Kashmir chapter of PHD Chamber, Mushtaq Ahmed Chaya and chairman education committee chaired the meeting, which was attended by Bilal Ahmed Kawoosa, GN War and other members of the committee.
