In view of COVID-19 outbreak and the subsequent lockdowns, Chairman & MD, R K Chibber directed all Zonal Heads to proactively discharge their duties of social responsibility by helping poor and needy people in this hour of crisis.
According to statement, based on the list provided by thedistrict administration, Zonal Head Sushil Gupta and Cluster Head Rajesh Guptain presence of ADDC Udhampur Ashok Kumar and ACD Mushtaq Ahmed distributed dryration among 80 needy families in Sattani area of District Udhampur and alsoprovided ration to more than 20 families through Business unit Ghordi atBarmeen area.
Similarly, bank’s Zonal Head Jammu west Ashutosh Sareenalong with the Deputy Commissioner Rajouri distributed dry ration, sanitizersand masks to the homeless laborers and daily wagers. “We distributed theessentials among 100 poor families during the drive in co-ordination with thedistrict administration”, said the Zonal Head on the occasion.
