Uzbekistan’s capital Tashkent will be hosting three-day conference on strenghtening of economic ties.
The three-day conference would commence from Sunday withparticipation of six business leaders each from both sides of Kashmir.
The Jammu and Kashmir business team is represented by threemembers each from Kashmir and Jammu chambers of traders.
From Kashmir, the delegation will be headed by the KashmirChamber of Commerce and Industries president Sheikh Ashiq.
“We are optimistic that this meeting will help in improvingties and also pave way for economic prosperity of the state,” Ashiq said.
President of Poonch Cross LoC Traders Association PawanAnand is also participating in the meeting. He said they are “optimisticthat after the meeting there will be positive development viz-a-viz cross LoCtrade”.
