JKCTNGEA constitutes executive body

According to a statement issued by the association, a meeting of J&K Commercial Taxes Employees was held todayunder the chairmanship of its state president Nazir Ahmed Bhat in which all cadres of employees participated.

J&K Commercial Taxes Non-Gazetted Employees Association (JKCTNGEA) today held a special meeting to constitute state and divisional level executive committees. 

According to a statement issued by the association, a meeting of J&K Commercial Taxes Employees was held todayunder the chairmanship of its state president Nazir Ahmed Bhat in which all cadres of employees participated.

In the meeting a resolution was unanimously passed by the General Counsel of Employees of Kashmir Province under reference No. 4-19/EM/CTKMR in which Nazir Ahmed Bhat was elected as State President and authorized to constitute the executive body of the JKCTNGEA which shall represent both the divisions of the state. As such, the State President Nazir Ahmed Bhat with the consent of State General Secretary Moulvi Mushtaq Ahmad Shah, the State level Executive body has constituted and nominated Parvez Ahmad Dar as Patron, Sonam Krishan as Advisor including other executive body members. 

The meeting also deliberated in detail on the issues being faced by the Commercial Taxes Non-Gazetted Employees like pay anomalies, reorganization of Commercial Taxes under GST doctrine and stagnation faced by the employees at different levels.
