Jammu and Kashmir state Cable Car Corporation (JKSCCC) Managing Director Shamim Wani and General Manager Malik Riyaz along with the engineers of the corporation Saturday held a meeting with tourism sub-committee of the Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industry here.
During the meeting Managing Director JKSCCC apprised themembers of chamber regarding the implementation of New Online ReservationSystem of JKSCCC and explained about the broad features and overall impact inthe transparency of the system, according to a statement issued by the JKSCCC.”Chairman Tourism Sub Committee KCCI Javeed Burza appreciated the role ofJKSCCC in general and Managing Director in particular in the development oftourism secto,” the statement reads. Threadbare discussions about the tourismpotential and streamlining of certain issues related to tourism sector duringthe meeting were held.
The suggestions put forth by the chairman on behalf of KCCIwere noted by JKSCCC and Managing Director assured chairman that any complaintsrelated to tourists visiting to Gulmarg Gondola and MSRP shall be addressedimmediately, it said.
