Kashmiri artist Ishfaq Kawa along with his band “Rooh” Thursday performed live in the 12th annual cultural extravaganza “Roshaan” organised by Aryans Group of Colleges, Chandigarh at its campus.
According to a spokesperson of the university, the functioncommenced with the Lamp Lighting ceremony by Aryans Group patrons Prof RoshanLal Kataria and Rajni Kataria; Social welfare Minister Punjab, S Sadhu SinghDharamsot; Chairman, Aryans Group, Anshu Kataria presided over the function.
Students of different colleges of Aryans participated invarious colorful cultural items and mesmerized the whole crowd with theirperformances representing the states including Punjab, Haryana, HimachalPradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, Jammu Kashmir, North East etc.
