Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) Sunday expressed its concern ‘over the developments taking place at J&K Bank.
“The adverse publicity of the premier financial institutionof our state did not augur well for its overall image and credibility,” aspokesperson of the KCCI said.
The bank holds a very critical position in the fiscalwell-being of our business community and its image is of prime importance forits stakeholders, he said.
The KCCI trusts that all required measures towardsreassuring stakeholders that the functioning of the bank will not be affectedby the recent developments and public confidence and faith in the functioningof the bank will be well fortified under the experienced management of thebank.
