Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) Wednesday held a meeting of the LOC Trade Sub-Committee.
Members belonging to Cross LOC Trade Association also participated and highlighted problems regarding the suspension of Cross LOC Trade, according to a statement issued by the KCCI.
“Cross LOC Trade Association conveyed their grievances to the President of KCCI so that all the problems faced by Cross LOC Traders due to suspension of the intra-Kashmir trade are taken up with the Home Ministry and with the Governor to ensure early resumption of the trade to put end to the miseries of the traders,” the statement read.
President KCCI extended full support of the chamber to the Cross LOC Trade Association and ensured that every necessary step will be taken to safeguard the interests of traders and the resumption of Cross LOC Trade with the full proof mechanism, it said
The KCCI statement also said that chamber will schedule a Joint Press Conference to highlight the grievances of Cross LOC Traders.
