Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) Wednesday held a meeting of the LOC Trade Sub-Committee.
Members belonging to Cross LOC Trade Association alsoparticipated and highlighted problems regarding the suspension of Cross LOCTrade, according to a statement issued by the KCCI.
“Cross LOC Trade Association conveyed their grievances tothe President of KCCI so that all the problems faced by Cross LOC Traders dueto suspension of the intra-Kashmir trade are taken up with the Home Ministryand with the Governor to ensure early resumption of the trade to put end to themiseries of the traders,” the statement read.
President KCCI extended full support of the chamber to theCross LOC Trade Association and ensured that every necessary step will be takento safeguard the interests of traders and the resumption of Cross LOC Tradewith the full proof mechanism, it said
The KCCI statement also said that chamber will schedule aJoint Press Conference to highlight the grievances of Cross LOC Traders.
