Shaher-e-Khaas Traders boycott pre-budget meeting

Shaher-e-Khaas Traders Coordination Committee on Sunday boycotted a meeting to discuss forthcoming state budget held by the authorities on Sunday, said a spokesman of the committee. 

"The traders boycotted the meeting in protest against frequent civilian killings and excesses against youth and children," he said in a statement. 

Nazir Ahmad Shah, chairman, Shaher-e-Khaas Traders Coordination Committee said human rights violations and civilian killings were “unacceptable”. 

Among those who were present in the meeting to boycott the pre-budget consultations included president, Shaher-e-Khaas  Coordination Committee Bashir Ahmad Kenu, Irfan Wani, senior vice president and other traders.
