Switz, the popular Mumbai based bakery, has announced special Yemni Patti Samosa dough for the ease of families during the holy month of Ramadhan.
“The Patti samosa or Sambosa is a Yemeni dish, a staple ofthe Iftaar platter. This Yemeni tradition travelled through traders throughoutthe Arab world, Eastern Africa and Western India,” a spokesperson of the Switzsaid.
Switz is the world leader in the manufacturing of SamosaDough Sheets, a traditional dough-based thin samosa pastry, helping home-chefscreate delicious samosas right at home, he said.
