Travel Agents Society of Kashmir (TASK) and Travel Agents Association of Kashmir (TAAK) in collaboration with tourism department are holding promotional campaigns in Bangladesh and Thailand to woo the visitors of these countries to the state.
TASK organised interactive seminar cum road show at Dhaka on February 10, where over 200 travel agents, tour operators of Bangladesh and the local electronic, print media participated, according to a statement of the tourism department.
During the travel show, TASK showcased tourism potential of the J&K State and appraised the gathering about the increasing number of arrivals from Bangladesh during the past few years. TAAK, which is on visit of Thailand, organised a travel show under “Incredible India Tourism Roadshow” theme at Bangkok.
TAAK Funder President Rauf A Tramboo, TAAK Secretary General Farooq A Kuthoo, besides other office bearers were part of the meeting.
