5 injured as vehicle turns turtle near Bhaderwah

Five passengers were injured when a taxi they were travelling in turned turtle on Bhalla-Thalsara Link Road at Bhalla village in Bhaderwah town on Thursday afternoon.

Reports said that a TATA Sumo vehicle (JK06-5152) was on its way to Thalsara from Bhalla, when it reached near Hatti Morh at 5:30 pm, the driver lost control over it owing to which the vehicle turned turtle on the road, resulting in injuries to five passengers,” reports said.

Reports further said that immediately, police reached at the spot and shifted all the injured passengers from the ill-fated vehicle to PHC Bhalla, where their condition is stated to be stable.

Police identified the injured as Rasal Singh son of Gouri Singh, hiw wife Shanti Devi, Shruti Devi daughter of Rajinder Singh of Thalsara Village, Shankri Devi wife of Laxman Singh and Sajada Begum wife of Mohammad Iqbal, both residents of Draund.
