Army-organised computer course concludes at Kishtwar

As per a statement issued here, the classes were conducted at Ashyania Boys Hostel Kishtwar from 5 January to 28 February as a part of perception management activities.

With an aim to meet the urge for computer literacy among the youth, a two-month long computer course was organized by Jangalwar based Rashtriya Rifles Battalion for the local youth of Kishtwar and surrounding areas that concluded today.

 

As per a statement issued here, the classes were conducted at Ashyania Boys Hostel Kishtwar from 5 January to 28 February as a part of perception management activities.

 

“This two months computer course was a successfully concluded today here and a certificate of participation was awarded to the students who attended the classes by army”, the statement said adding  “The purpose of the computer classes was to provide free and quality education to the wards of militancy affacted families ,orphans and poor people”.

 

The course was attended by 104 students including 14 Girls from the district Kishtwar.
