Social Welfare Department today organised an awareness programme regarding Nasha Mukt Bharat titled “Sensitization on promoting healthy life style, media campaign and awareness programme on suicide risk among addicts” here.
District Development Council Chairman (DDC) Doda, Dhanantar Singh Kotwal was Chief guest on the occasion whereas ADC Bhaderwah Rakesh Kumar, Member Secretary (Sub Judge) District Legal Services Authority Susheel Singh, DDC Bhaderwah West Thakur Yudvir Singh, Tehsildar Bhaderwah Zeeshan Tahir, BDC Chairman Bhaderwah Omi Chand, Social Welfare Officer Subash Chander Kotwal, Advocate Mohd Majid Malik and all PLVs of District legal Services Authority Bhaderwah were also present on the occasion and said that the need of the hour is to have a collective approach to get rid of the drug menace.
