Vehicular traffic on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway was disrupted for a brief period Thursday evening due to landslide near Karool in Ramban.
Sources said fresh landslide at Karool area of Rambandisrupted the traffic on the highway in the evening.
The contractor company maintaining the old alignment of theHighway pressed into service men and machinery for clearing the landslide,sources said.
Owing to the blockade, the vehicular traffic remainedstranded at the site, an official said.
Authorities claimed that the highway was restored fortraffic at 7 pm after the landslide was cleared.
