Incessant rains today lashed Kishtwar plains which brought down the temperature by several notches.
Although, the incessant rains brought much needed respite to the people from hot and humid conditions but water logging in low lying areas and poor drainage system added to the people’s miseries.
The cold wave condition forced the people to remain indoors. As per reports, due to heavy rainfall the drains at several places in the town were chocked and as a result, the water accumulated on the roads.
