District magistrate, Kishtwar, Angrez Singh Rana, Wednesday issued an order wherein he imposed restrictions on project authorities on making any new recruitment till the time model code of conduct is in force.
The order read, “Project authorities, including CVPP, PakalDul HEP, Kishtwar, M/S Jai Prakash Associates Pakal Dul HEP, Kishtwar and M/SAFCONS Pakal Dul HEP, Kishtwar, have been asked to refrain from making any kindof recruitment against any post during the implementation of model code ofconduct.”
The project authorities have been directed to implement theorder in letter and spirit. The DM asked them to adhere to the provisions ofMCC in letter and spirit and warned that any person who tries to vitiate thepeaceful atmosphere and violates MCC shall be dealt strongly under rules.
