In Ramban district polling ended peacefully for the two seats in the fourth phase in the DDC polls.
According to officials, the polling began at 7: am in the morning and concluded at 2pm at all 55 polling stations established in two constituencies of Ukhral block.
Nearly 67.39 per cent polling was recorded in two DDC constituencies of district a total 14651 out of 2174 voters have exercised their right to franchise to decide the fate of 12 candidates.
According to District Election Officer two DDC constituencies Ukhral-A and Ukhral-B in district Ramban went to polls for fourth phase.
Three earlier phases of the eight phase electoral process have recorded over 60 % polling the whole process thus for incident free and peaceful claimed district administration Ramban.
