The 'poor' service of Bhartiya Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) in Ramban has irked the subscribers, who claim that service in the town is down since past four days, thus putting users in dismay.
"The poor connectivity of the BSNL continues to trouble people of this area, as since past four days the service in the area is down, while as concerned officials claim it to be technical fault from head office," lamented a subscribers from Ramban.
He added that even after repetitive attempts no contact could be made, thus people remain deprived of the facility to which they frequently pay.
There was no connectivity in the entire area even the administrative units of these areas remain disconnected. "The landline numbers at police control room and the office of Deputy Commissioner remained affected for hours due to down service," he said.
BSNL consumers informed Greater Kashmir that since last four days BSNL landline and mobile phones are out of service, due to which they were unable to communicate with their families and friends.
As per reports, BSNL service has virtually collapsed in this telecom Sub-Division and many towers of the company have been defunct.
