The District Magistrate (DM) Kishtwar, Angrez Singh Rana, on Monday ordered proper security check for entry of private vehicles into mini secretariat office of the district.
Earlier the vehicles were allowed inside the office premiseswithout any entry on register book and there was no proper security check whichcreated unnecessary chaos and congestion.
“In view of the prevailing law and order situation, the saidpractice is being undertaken in the interest of public,” DM quoted in theorder.
The order shall take effect on April 25. The Project ManagerIWMP Kishtwar, Kishore Kumar, has been designated as Nodal Officer for ensuringits implementation in letter and spirit.
