‘Punctuality Week’ observed in Bhallesa school

With a view to inculcate a sense of punctuality and discipline among the student community, ‘Punctuality Week’ was observed by the staff and students at Girls Higher Secondary School, Gowari-Bhallesa, in Doda district.

During the week-long celebration, which started on Monday,the students shall be involved in various curricular and extra-curricularactivities, in a bid to ensure punctuality and making them attentive towardsacademics and related activity.

   

On the occasion, Mohammad Ayoub Rather, lecturer education,and Mohammad Ayoub Zarger, lecturer Botany, briefed the students about theactivities to be undertaken during the week and its implementation during thecurrent academic year.

Later, a pledge ceremony was held, wherein the teachers andstudents, undertook an oath to be punctual in every aspect of life. They alsopledged to maintain self discipline, patience, activeness and dedicationtowards their responsibilities.

Harminder Singh, Dheeraj Chowhan, Baker Hussain, AltafHussain, Jagdesh Kumar, Jagmeet Pal, Saleem Ahmed, Arif Hussain, reety, Annuand Mufti Ishrat were also present on the occasion.
