Rescuers haveretrieved the body of the driver along with his vehicle which had plunged intothe Chenab river in Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir yesterday, officialssaid Friday.
Reportsquoting IGP (Traffic), T Namgyal said one body was recovered so far during theongoing search operation.
Hesaid rescue teams comprising quick response teams and the local volunteers aresearching for a passenger believed to be on board when the mishap happened onThursday.
