Sant Nirankari Mission followers plant saplings in Batote

Hundreds of saplings were planted by the followers of Sant Nirankari Mission in the lawns of Sant Nirankari Bahvan in Batote under the supervision of its Pradhan or Centre Head Mulkhraj Bhagat at the end of three-day long plantation drive on Tuesday. 

The devotees at Batote also vowed to closely nourish and preserve them for at least three years.

   

The theme of this mission was; “Pollution whether inside us or outside us is bad and serving mankind is serving God.”

Spokesperson of Sant Nirankari Mission informed Greater Kashmir that at the end of three-day (from February 21 to 23) long nationwide plantation drive at all the 3000 branches or Bhavans of Sant Nirankari Mission on the auspicious occasion of the birthday of Sant Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj as many as 2 lakh saplings of trees were planted under the aegis of Sant Nirankari charitable foundation in the country.
