SDS calls for shutdown against Kishtwar killings

The Sanatan Dharm Sabha (SDS) has called for complete shutdown on Friday in Doda, Kishtwar and Bhaderwah to protest the killings of Parihar brothers, Chander Kant Sharma and his Personal Security Officer (PSO) Rajinder.

“The shutdown call has been announced to protest thekillings of Parihar brothers, Anil Parihar and his brother Ajeet, RSS leaderChander Kant Sharma and his PSO, Rajinder. The shutdown shall be observed inareas including Doda, Kishtwar and Bhaderwah,” State President SDS, BodhRaj Sharma, told Greater Kashmir.

   

However, he has also condemned the killing of man inBhaderwah, who was fired upon at around 2 am. He also appealed to theadministration for maintaining law and order situation in the town.

“Those who try to vitiate the peaceful atmosphere,threat minorities and kill innocent people must be booked under law,” headded.

Pertinently, Parihar brothers were killed in November 2018,while RSS leader and his PSO were killed in April 2019.
