The traffic was restored on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway Saturday afternoon; it was suspended on Friday morning due to maintenance work at various places between Nashri and Banihal sector.
A traffic police official said that the stranded vehicles at Qaziqund were allowed Saturday afternoon to move towards Jammu.
He said the maintenance work was completed at several places between Nashri and Banihal.
