State general secretary of Bharatiya Janata Party, SuneelKumar Sharma, Saturday urged the residents of Cherji to cast their vote foroverall development of their area.
While campaigning for the party’s Lok Sabha candidate fromUdhampur-Doda seat, Dr Jitendra Singh, Sharma said, “The sitting memberparliament (Dr Jitendra Singh) has initiated a number of development works inthe region during his tenure. He ensured that Chenab Valley was equipped withbetter road connectivity, besides ensuring the provision of other basicamenities.”
He added that the BJP-government at the centre broughttransparency and adopted door-to-door delivery mechanism for redressal ofgrievances.
He urged the local populace to come out in large number onthe day of voting and cast their vote in favour of BJP’s candidate, in order toensure that Narendra Modi remains the Prime Minster.
