On its eight anniversary, LeLafe IT Solutions organised a celebration program at Radisson Srinagar. The theme of the program was to celebrate the achievements of the company, highlight the importance of Women in the organization and the society at large, and finally pledge to contribute towards a broader social cause.
Shameem Shah, CEO, LeLafe IT Solutions, started with a keynote speech highlighting the achievements of the company, and the vision and mission statements of the company.
The program proceedings included speeches by various experts in the company on a set of diverse topics highlighting positivity at work place, women empowerment, and the need to focus on ethics in today’s era of technology. In a special talk, some of the engineers discussed about the rights of women and highlighted the significance of International Women’s Day. The female employees of the company were appreciated with a token of love from the company.
In a spirit of responsibility towards Company Social Responsibility (CSR), LeLafe pledged to sponsor education expenses of five poor children of the Kashmir valley.
In addition, the company has made a commitment to generate more jobs to augment the knowledge industry in Kashmir. Shameem Shah, CEO LeLafe, has assured to support various initiatives that the employees of LeLafe are working on towards the CSR.
The employees at LeLafe have also pledged to impart free computer and software trainings to weaker section of the society. The program concluded with a vote of thanks from Mushtaq Ah. Bhat, a senior employee along with the gift and memento distribution for all the employees in general and special gifts cum tour packages for employees who have spent 5+ years with the company.
