After showing some decline from September beginning, the COVID19 curve has again steepened in north Kashmir’s Bandipora with 411 cases being recorded in just five days, among these 128 cases were recorded on Sunday.
With these cases, the active positive tally of the district has risen to 909 from a total of 2838 cases. The district has also recorded only 56 recoveries in the last five days.
The North Kashmir district has also recorded a total of 28 COVID related deaths from all three blocks of Sumbal, Bandipora and Gurez. The Sumbal and Bandipora blocks are most affected with 17 and 10 COVID related deaths respectively.
