The government Tuesday ordered transfer and posting of seven officers.
According to an order issued by the general administrationdepartment, Farooq Ahmad Lone, Special Secretary, Social Welfare Department,looking after the work of Secretary, Social Welfare Department and holdingadditional charge of Secretary, General Administration Department has beentransferred and posted as Special Secretary to the government, GAD.
Lone, the order states, shall continue to hold the charge ofSecretary, GAD.
Rohit Kansal, Principal Secretary to the government,Planning, Development and Monitoring, Civil Aviation, Hospitality and Protocoland Estates departments, shall hold the charge of Principal Secretary to thegovernment, Social Welfare Department, in addition to his own duties, tillfurther orders.
Dr Abdul Kabir Dar, Commissioner, Food Safety, has beentransferred and posted as Director General, stationery and office supplies.
Vinod Sharma, Director General, stationery and officesupplies, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Food Safety.
Pradeep Kumar, Special Secretary to the government,Planning, Development and Monitoring department, has been transferred andposted as Secretary in the J&K State Vigilance Commission.
Tej Krishan Bhat, Secretary in the J&K SVC, has beentransferred and posted as Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner (Migrants),J&K, relieving Pankaj Magotra, Additional Commissioner in the office ofDivisional Commissioner Jammu of the additional charge of the post.
Jahangir Hashmi, Additional Secretary to the government, GAD(monitoring), holding the additional charge of Additional Secretary to thegovernment, Planning, Development and Monitoring department, has beentransferred and posted as Additional Chief Executive Officer, EconomicReconstruction Agency.
“One post ofselection grade of KAS from the overall cadre strength of Jammu and Kashmiradministrative service is transferred to the Planning, Development andMonitoring department for drawl of salary of Jahangir Hashmi,” the orderstates.
The Governor’s administration has said that the order hasbeen issued with the concurrence of Election Commission of India, conveyed bythe Chief Electoral Officer, J&K.
