Security forces on Monday recovered arms and ammunition during a search operation in Chhatru forest area in Kishtwar.
“A joint team of Army and JKP launched a search operation in Chhatru forest in Kishtwar on April 25 and recovered a cache of arms containing two pistols, 40 rounds of ammunition, two wire-less sets and other war-like stores,” said PRO Defence Jammu, Lt Col Devender Anand.
