Senior IAS officer Manoj Kumar Dwivedi has been appointed as Commissioner/Secretary General Administration Department in addition to his current charge of Industries and Commerce Department.
An order by the J&K Government said he will also hold the additional charge of DG IMPARD. He replaces incumbent Secretary GAD Farooq Ahmad Lone, IAS, who is retiring from service on attaining superannuation on June 30.
