The Supreme Court will on Monday hear a plea challenging the Jammu and Kashmir government’s decision to close the Srinagar-Jammu National Highway for two days a week to facilitate movement of security forces’ convoys.
A local news agency said the plea has been filed by J&KAwami National Conference (ANC) Vice-President Muzzafar Shah.
“Chief Justice of India will hear the plea on Monday incourt number 1 of the Supreme Court at 10.30am,” the agency quoted sources assaying.
