A soldier was injured after Pakistani troops resorted to ceasefire violation in Machil sector of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Monday, a defence spokesperson said.
He said Pakistani troops resorted to unprovoked ceasefire violation on Monday by targeting Indian forward posts. “The Indian troops gave a befitting reply and inflicted huge loss to enemy forces.”
He said an army soldier suffered injury in the incident. “However, his condition is stable.”
