The governor’s administration Sunday ordered transfers and postings of some top-level officers.
According to an order, Sarita Chauhan,commissioner/secretary to the government, higher education department, istransferred and posted as commissioner/secretary to the government, schooleducation department; Ajeet Kumar Sahu, commissioner/secretary to the government,school education department, is posted as commissioner/secretary to thegovernment, PHE, irrigation and flood control relieving Khurshid Ahmad Shah,commissioner/secretary to the government, public works (R&B) department ofthe additional charge of the post; Talat Pervez Rohella, excise commissionerJ&K, is transferred and posted as secretary to the government, highereducation department; M Raju, managing director, J&K projects constructioncorporation, shall hold the charge of the post of excise commissioner, J&K,in addition to his own duties.
