“One of them has been tested for COVID19. He had recently returned from the UK. He is a resident of Roop Nagar in Jammu district,” a senior official in the Health department said.
The official said that the infected person had been shifted to the isolation ward of the GMC Hospital and his sample report would also be sent for genome testing in Delhi.
His close contacts including family members have been isolated and sampled for COVID19.
