The residents of Kangan are up in arms against non-availability of required medical and para-medical staff in sub-district cum trauma hospital Kangan.
“Only one doctors remains available in the hospital after 4p.m,” said Manzoor Ahmad, sarpanch, heading a delegation of local residents.
The residents demanded at least three doctors with therequired para-medical staff after 4 p.m.
Dr Yasmina Kango, medical superintendent, told GreaterKashmir that the grievances would be looked into.
“We are trying our level best to arrange more doctorsfor night hours to redress the grievances,” she assured.
