J&K School Education Department on Wednesday ordered placement of Headmasters, in-charge Headmasters and equivalent as in-charge Zonal Education Officers.
Pending clearance of the Departmental Promotion Committee,16 headmasters, In charge Headmasters and equivalent are placed as in-chargeZonal Education Officers and equivalent, in their own pay and grade, for a sixmonths or till the posts are filled up on regular basis, said an order.
The promotes include Riyaz Ahmad Sheikh, Kiran Kumari,Mohsin AH Khan, Shabina Roohi, Mohd Ali Almi, Akber Ali, Mamtaz Hussain,Hussain, Nawang Rigzen, Nawang Namgial, Abdul Hamid, Hadi Ali, Abdul Majid,Mohammad Shafi Mir, Nazir Ahmad Wani and Hafiza Parveen.
The officers shall report to the Chief Education Officer ofthe respective districts where they are presently posted.
The placements, however, doesn’t confer any superior claimor right upon them at the time of confirmation/regularization by the DPC, whichshall be ordered strictly as per rules.
The placements are subject to vigilance clearance andoutcome of writ petition(s), pending if any, before any competent court(s) oflaw.
