3 IFS officers transferred

The Jammu and Kashmir government Monday transferred three Indian Forest Service officers. According to a government order issued vide number 1620-GAD of 2018 dated November 5, Dr MK Kumar, additional chief executive officer, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board has been recalled and directed to report to the department of Forest, Ecology and Environment for further posting. Anon Kumar Soni, divisional forest officer, Urban Forest Division Jammu has been transferred and deputed as additional chief executive officer, Shri Amarnath Shrine Board.

VivekVerma, conservator of Forests (Wording Plan), has been transferred and deputed as additional chief executive officer, SMVD Shrine Board.

   

The order further stated that forest officers Anup Kumar Soni and VivekVerma shall be governed under the standard terms and conditions of deputation as contained in Schedule XVIII of J&K civil services Regulation (Vol.  II),  1956  read  with  SRO-192 dated May 28, 2007.

“Both officers will also retain lien and promotion prospects in their parent service,” the order reads.
