48% clear 10th class bi-annual examination

Jammu Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) on Saturday announced the result of bi-annual examination of class 10th students of summer zone, with the overall percentage at 48.78 percent.

Out of the 27,568 students that cleared the examination, only one managed to score the top A1 grade.

   

As per the result gazette issued by JKBOSE, out of the total 56,511 students enrolled for the bi-annual exam with English, Mathematics, Hindi, Urdu, Science and Social Science subjects, 14,220 students cleared the exam. The result also comes as a major relief to 13,348 students, who improved their previous results.

As per the result, only one student managed to score A1 grade, two students scored A2 grade, 15 passed with B1 grade and 169 with B2 grades. However, 28,696 students failed to clear the examination. 

The Board has also asked the students, who failed to clear the exams, to submit their application form with the prescribed fees, within 15 days of the declaration of the result.
