Governor’s Advisor, K K Sharma, today reviewed the preparedness of PHE department for meeting the water supply demand in summer season, here at a meeting.
The meeting was attended by Chief Secretary, BVR Subramanuim, Commissioner/ Secretary AK Sahu, Chief Engineers PHE, Irrigation, PDD Directors Finance and planning, Chief Engineers and other senior officers of the department.
The Advisor directed the department to put in place a mechanism by which adequate supply of potable water is provided to the consumers in the areas, which record increase in demand in the summers.
