An army porter was woundedafter the armies of India and Pakistan exchanged fire along the Line of Control(LoC) in Nowshera sector of Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday.
The injured porterwas identified as Surjeet Kumar son of Ashok Kumar of Deeing village of Kalal,Nowshera.
Greater Kashmir haslearnt that Surjeet was posted as a porter in a forward location of LoC inKalal.
An official saidthe injured porter is presently under treatment at a local army hospital.
